Q: I've downloaded the Connect UK application, but it's asking for a username and password. What do I do?

A: If you have been asked to download the application by an organisation, they should have provided you with a Brand ID and instructions on how to register.
Speak with the organisation in the first instance.

Q: Where do I find my membership number?

A: When asked to download the application, your organisation should have provided you with a Brand ID and your Membership Number.
Please contact your organisation if you are unable to locate your membership number.

Q: I can't log into the admin dashboard. Can you help?

A: If you are a content administrator and you are using Connect UK, you can log into the dashboard here.
If you have forgotten your password, there is a Forgot Password button on the login page above where you can reset it.
If you are using a branded version of the Connect application, the steps will remain the same, but the URL will be specific to your branded application.
